Silvana Avramovski has over 17 years of experience in various HR roles, including leadership, organizational development, talent management, and remuneration. Silvana started their career at Deloitte in 2004, moving on to roles at CUA, Coates Hire, GrainCorp, ARTC, and currently Beak & Johnston Pty Ltd. Silvana has held positions such as Head of People & Capability, Organisational Development Manager, and Talent & Engagement Manager, demonstrating their expertise in HR and people management.

Silvana Avramovski completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management at RMIT University in 2019. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a PCI Practitioner in 2021, a DDI Certified Facilitator in 2020, and a DDI Certified Card Sort Analyst in 2019.
