Emily Linch, SPHR

Emily Linch, SPHR, currently serves as HR Director at Beam Benefits since January 2020, having previously held the position of HR Manager. Prior to this role, Emily accumulated extensive experience at State Auto Insurance from July 2012 to January 2020, where responsibilities included Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and Compensation Analyst, along with a brief stint as a Corporate Intern in June 2011. Emily Linch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
