Eric Gray

Eric Gray has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Eric currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Operations at Beam Living since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Principal at GRADE Real Estate Partners from January 2020 to March 2022. Eric also served as the Director of NYC Operations and Head of Residential at OLSHAN PROPERTIES from January 2017 to October 2019. Before that, they held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Millhouse Properties LLC from February 2003 to January 2017. Eric gained experience as a Vice President at Taconic Investment Partners from January 1997 to October 2002, and as an Associate at Time Equities, Inc. in 1995.

Eric Gray obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Eric later pursued further education in the field of Real Estate Development from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, attending from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they hold certifications as a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Notary Public Appointment, both obtained from the New York State Department of State.
