Ricardo Sureda

Ricardo Sureda has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Ricardo started their career in 1992 at General Electrics, where they held positions such as Materials Manager, Operations Manager, and Plant Manager until 2001. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at Gaymar Industries as a General Manager and later as the VP of Operations.

In 2006, Sureda joined Rockwell Automation as a General Manager until 2010. Ricardo then moved to Pentair and served as the Director of Operations for Latin America from 2010 to 2016. During this period, they also held the roles of Sr Director of Operations - Latin America & Brazil GM and Sr Director of Operation - Water Filtration, responsible for managing global sales and business execution.

Sureda continued their career at Eaton as the Vice President of Operations for North America, leading a team of professionals across 13 sites. Ricardo then joined Morgan Truck Body as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing 14 sites and $700M in revenue in North America and Canada.

Currently, Sureda holds the position of Senior Vice President Operations at Richards Manufacturing Company since 2023.

Ricardo Sureda is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at both the Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México and the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) from the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus.
