Joseph Daries

Joseph Daries serves as the Director of Facilities Maintenance at Beam Living since June 2022, managing the largest multi-family housing community in the U.S., which includes 80 acres and over 11,000 apartments. Prior experience at Marriott International spanned from July 2014 to June 2022 in various engineering roles, including Director of Engineering, where Joseph oversaw the largest hotel in Denver, CO, and led significant renovation projects. Earlier career roles involved project management in residential construction and business analysis in digital publishing at Zinio LLC, along with internships in architecture and commercial construction. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder.
