Erica Dreibelbis Taylor is a seasoned professional in project management and implementation within the talent acquisition and management sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Delivery Consultant at Beamery since January 2022, Erica focuses on enhancing talent experiences for leading global companies. Previous experience includes roles at Talemetry as an Implementation Project Manager and WorkLLama as a Project Manager, Program Manager, and Scrum Master, where Erica contributed to innovative talent community platforms. Additionally, Erica held a Senior Consultant position at Attain, LLC, leading a Workday Student implementation project at Muhlenburg College. Earlier in the career, Erica served as Director of Implementation at Phenom People and Implementation Project Manager at ADP, bringing extensive expertise to diverse organizations.
