Mitchell Kelly

Mitchell Kelly has a diverse work experience across various industries. Mitchell started their career in 2012 as a Sales Associate at LIDS Sports Group, where they gained experience in customer service and retail. Mitchell then worked as a Line Cook at Earls Kitchen + Bar, developing skills in fast-paced environments and prioritization. In 2016, Mitchell joined Mark's as a Sales Associate, where they excelled in engaging with customers and achieving high sales margins.

Mitchell's passion for the food and beverage industry led him to work as a General Maintenance worker and later as an Irrigation Assistant at Carnmoney Golf Club. In these roles, they demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and coordinated with administrators for events and tournaments.

In 2017, Mitchell became a Server at CRAFT Beer Market, enhancing their customer service skills and achieving high sales numbers. Mitchell then transitioned to the marketing field in 2018, starting as a Summer Marketing Intern at Big Rock Brewery, where they assisted with event execution and sponsorship opportunities. Mitchell continued to grow within the company, taking on the role of Events and Partnerships Intern and later becoming the Marketing Events and Retail Coordinator. In this role, they played a key role in launching the eCommerce platform during the COVID-19 pandemic and gained experience in event planning and execution while adhering to health and safety restrictions.

In 2020, Mitchell worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Decisive Farming by TELUS Agriculture, executing marketing campaigns and analyzing campaign success through multiple platforms. Currently, they are a Trade Marketing Coordinator at Bearhill and will be transitioning to the role of Trade Marketing Manager.

Mitchell Kelly completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at Mount Royal University from 2014 to 2019. During their time there, they focused on a major in Marketing and pursued a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
