Soren Pedersen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Soren started their career at Maersk Line as a Shipping Trainee in 1998 and later became a Sales Manager, managing the sales department for import and export. Soren joined Kuehne + Nagel in 2004 as a Sea Freight Manager, where they managed the export department and ensured high levels of service delivery to customers. In 2007, Soren became the Managing Director Asia/Director China at Dan-Bunkering (Singapore) Pte. Ltd, where they were responsible for daily management, business development, and strategy implementation. Soren then moved to Aasted Aps in 2017, taking on the role of Regional Head of Sales and Key Account Manager, developing the Asia region and managing the sales process for large processing equipment in the food industry. Most recently, Soren worked as a Sales Manager at G&O Maritime Group, where they developed the market for Vibration compensators in China, Denmark, and the UK, as well as managed agent networks and an office in China. Soren's most recent position is as a Customer Success Manager at Bearing, starting in 2023.

Soren Pedersen's education history includes two distinct periods of study. From 1998 to 2000, they attended Maersk International Shipping Education, where they pursued a degree in Shipping and specialized as a Shipping Clerk. During the same time, Soren also attended Copenhagen Business School, completing a Diploma Program in Business Administration under the HD 1. part curriculum.
