Mikko Ylikojola

Mikko Ylikojola is a seasoned career coach currently working at BearIT Oy since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Training Coordinator at PerkinElmer, Inc. from April 2018 to November 2022, and various coaching and recruiting positions at Aurakoulutus Oy, Askelmerkki Oy, Spring House Oy, and the City of Turku between 2011 and 2018. Ylikojola holds a Master of Arts in History, Political Science, Psychology, and Education from the University of Turku, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in similar fields from Umeå University. Additionally, Ylikojola earned a degree in Special Education and Teaching from Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
