Carolyn McMahon

Carolyn McMahon has over 15 years of experience in the music industry. Carolyn began their career in 2005 as an Assistant at SONY BMG Music Entertainment, where they organized artist promotions and interacted daily with high profile artists and their managers. In 2007, they became a Coordinator at EMI Music North America. In 2010, they were an Account Executive at Fathom Communications, where they managed the Max Cure Foundation "Roar For A Cure" Fundraising Carnival, supervised key areas for Johnson & Johnson sponsorship of Lilith Fair tour, and provided account support on activations and brand partnerships for various Fathom clients. In 2011, they moved to EMI Music as a Video Production Coordinator. In 2013, they became a Manager of Label Operations at Capitol Music Group. From 2014-2021, they held the roles of Sr. Director, Production/Label Operations and Director, Label Operations at Capitol Records & Caroline Distribution. Most recently, they are the VP, Head of Operations at beatBread.

Carolyn McMahon attended Fordham University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Media Studies.
