Janelle Hawkes

Janelle Hawkes, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Copyright Administration & Licensing and Director of Mechanical Licensing at BMG - The New Music Company since November 2019. With a strong background in licensing and data management, Janelle held various roles at The Harry Fox Agency from 2013 to 2019, culminating as Associate Director. Additionally, Janelle has been actively involved with Alpha Gamma Delta since June 2011, contributing as a Recruitment Specialist in multiple regions and as a Membership Development Specialist. Prior experience includes positions in production and music supervision at companies such as YVIMH Productions, Alternate Ending Studios, Showtime Networks, Warner Bros., and ABC Television. Janelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from Belmont University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, complemented by specialized nanodegrees in Product Management and Data from Udacity.
