S W has a diverse work experience in the legal and business affairs field. They started their career at the BBC in 2003, holding the role of a legal and business executive until 2005. S W then joined Endemol Shine Group as a legal executive, before transitioning to the role of legal and business affairs for music and TV. In 2007, S W moved to Sky as the head of legal for the History channel. They joined MTV Networks as a legal manager in 2008. S W then worked at BBC Studios as a legal and business affairs executive from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they were a legal consultant at HSBC. S W then joined DCD Rights as the head of legal and business affairs for television and music in 2019. In 2020, they served as a senior lawyer consultant for Oxford bio covid vaccine manufacturer, and later as an IP lawyer consultant for Immunocore. Currently, S W holds the position of Vice President of Legal and Business affairs Music at Beatport since July 2021.
