Damian Maloney

Damian Maloney serves as a Partner in the corporate and commercial group at Beauchamps since November 2018, specializing in foreign direct investment, corporate re-organization, technology contracts, and M&A, with significant experience in the technology sector. Previously, Damian was Vice President and General Counsel at Element Fleet Technology, where responsibilities included establishing operations in Ireland as a software development hub. As Senior Legal Counsel for EMEA at Oracle, Damian managed corporate governance and acquisition strategies across the region. Early career experiences include roles at Beauchamps Solicitors, Landwell Solicitors, ADEO Legal Technology, e.law International, and KPMG, providing a diverse legal background. Academic qualifications include multiple certificates in technology law, data protection, and intellectual property law from the Law Society of Ireland, along with a barrister degree from The Honorable Society of King's Inns and a BA in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick.
