🥖 The Role

As the dedicated designer within our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our brand's visual identity. You will collaborate closely across all key areas of our marketing efforts, which are anchored by three core pillars: our content creation, website and paid advertising. In addition to these, you will also contribute to a variety of other projects, applying your creative expertise to drive our brand's growth and ensure a consistent visual style across all channels.

Day-to day, your responsibilities will include:

🖋️ Website design: Keep our website fresh, drawing from similar companies and your own ideas to effectively communicate our value proposition and positioning.

đź“Ž Brand guidelines: Have a strong understanding of branding principles, and the ability to create visually compelling graphics that elevate our brand. You will evolve our brand system to bring consistency and scale across all customer touchpoints.

đź“Š Visual content: Design a wide range of marketing materials, including brand campaigns, digital and print ads, social media graphics, website elements, email templates, presentations, battlecards and promotional items that appeal to over 20 industries.

🎨 Print design: Have a good understanding of the print process and the ability to produce beautiful publications, reports and materials for events.

🗺️ Illustration: The ability to create custom illustrations for our blog and other marketing materials and to simplify and translate complex product UI or flows into clear and effective assets.

🔍 Manage multiple projects: Work on projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

 🫵 About you 

We’re looking for a designer with 4+ years of experience, you’re a well-rounded creative with expertise across different creative fields. Your portfolio demonstrates your strategic and conceptual abilities and showcases visually impactful work. You must have strong creative problem solving skills, a sharp eye for composition, typography, colour, and imagery, and be able to meet tight deadlines. If you’re passionate about brand, design and visual storytelling, this could be the role for you!

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Software knowledge: Adobe suite, more specifically, photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Web design template builder: we use Elementor. Any motion software would be a plus (After Effects)
  • Presentation skills: Confidently present ideas to the key players in the project and incorporate feedback for final sign-off.
  • Good communication: You’ll be working closely with everyone on the marketing team, and other teams in the business, to develop design solutions.
