Pamela Harvey

Pamela Harvey has extensive experience in the field of human resources, particularly in compensation and total rewards. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Global Total Rewards at BeautyHealth. Prior to that, they held similar positions at Clario, Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Covanta, and Jackson Hewitt. At Covanta, they also established the Total Rewards department and led a team to transform HR operations. Pamela has experience presenting to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Before these roles, Pamela held positions at Cendant, Pfizer, and ADP, where they focused on compensation and human resources management.

Pamela Harvey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lycoming College. Pamela also has a certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork.
