Doug Richards

Doug Richards has an extensive background in field service management and engineering, with experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various medical laser products. Doug has held positions at Topcon Medical Laser Systems, Iridex, and BVI Medical, where Doug has served as a Field Service Supervisor, Senior Field Service Engineer, and Field Service Manager. Doug is also a certified instructor for laser engineering courses offered by Topcon. Doug has a degree in Associate of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
