Natalie Cobb-Mahmood's work experience starts with their role as a Marketing Intern at Sheffield Theatres in 2011. Natalie then worked as a Graduate at the University of Sheffield, where they studied various modules and collaborated on community projects. After that, they worked as an Events Assistant and Administrator at Back to Basics Events from 2012 to 2013. Following this, they were an Events Coordinator and Events Assistant at 1 Lombard Street Restaurant, Bar & Brasserie from 2013 to 2016, managing and coordinating a large number of events. In 2016, they became a Freelance Events & Wedding Manager, providing services to event agencies and venues in London. That same year, they established their own company, Private Dining London, specializing in private dining venue search and event management. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Events & Wedding Planner at Event Setters, organizing high-end events, parties, and weddings. Currently, they are the Director of Sales & Marketing at Beaverbrook, leading the sales and marketing strategy for the company and its Town House counterpart.

Natalie Cobb-Mahmood obtained a degree in English Literature from The University of Sheffield from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended KGGS from 2007 to 2009, where they studied English Language and Literature. Natalie completed their high school education at Walton Girls High School from 2002 to 2007. In addition, Natalie obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in 2021.
