Ronnie Gunson is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Beazley since May 2023, Ronnie Gunson is responsible for global talent acquisition strategy and enhancing candidate and colleague experiences. Prior to this role, Ronnie Gunson was Recruitment Lead at M&G plc, overseeing a team focused on attracting top talent across multiple divisions, including Asset Management and Customer & Innovation. Ronnie Gunson holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Oxford Brookes University.
