Tay T. Hoang

Tay T. Hoang is a seasoned insurance and business development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the industry. Currently serving as the Global Distribution Insights & Engagement Leader and previously as Broker Relations Manager at Beazley, Tay has successfully overseen regional distribution and engagement across multiple states. Prior experience includes serving as National Relationship Manager at Simply Business, Field Sales Manager at Nationwide, and several key positions at Chubb, where Tay was recognized as a top performer and managed significant brokerage relationships. Early career experience includes a role as Reinsurance Assistant Underwriter at Arch Reinsurance Ltd. and as Program Coordinator for United Way of Central Massachusetts, leading a team to notable success. Tay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and French from the College of the Holy Cross and has furthered education at the University of Strasbourg.
