Filipe Romero Monteiro

Filipe Romero Monteiro is a seasoned professional in project controls with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Controls for the North America Region Mining and Metals at Bechtel Corporation since September 2025, Filipe previously held multiple director-level positions at Primoris Services Corporation from January 2021 to August 2025, overseeing the Project Controls for different business lines. Filipe's background includes a role as the Functional Cost Department Manager at Worley following its acquisition of Jacobs-ECR, and a similar position at Jacobs from October 2014 to March 2019. Filipe's career began at Bechtel Corporation, where impactful contributions were made from 1998 to 2014 in various managerial capacities. Filipe holds a Master of Science in Building Construction/Construction Management from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
