Ravi Kukreja

Ravi Kukreja is an experienced Network Operations Manager at Bechtel Corporation since April 2005, responsible for overseeing a 24/7 Global Network Operation Center and Security Operation Center in New Delhi, while managing a team of 14 engineers. Previously, Ravi served as an IT Service Center Lead, focusing on SLA compliance, service desk metrics, and operational management of the IT Service Center. Prior to Bechtel, Ravi worked as a Floor Technical Lead at Convergys India PVT LTD, where expertise included Windows 2000 server installations and configuration of DHCP/DNS/domain controllers. Ravi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Yashwant Rao Chavan College of Engineering and completed high school at Kulachi Hansraj Model School.
