Christian P DeCapria

Christian P DeCapria has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christian P began their career in 1994, working for various small businesses focused on residential and light commercial projects, where they gained experience in construction project management. During this time, they also completed an internship at Weis Markets, where they successfully redesigned store signage.

In 2007, Christian joined John J. Kirlin, Inc. as a project manager. Christian P managed a $5 million per year contract at Fort Polk LA, overseeing all aspects of the construction management process.

In 2012, Christian co-founded DMR Construction Group LLC (DMR), a design-build and general construction firm. As the CEO, they led the company in providing professional construction services to clients across the United States. DMR is known for its high standards and technology-forward approach.

Since 2015, Christian has been pursuing their passion for motivational speaking through their website, crawlwalkjump.weebly.com. Christian P uses their experiences and knowledge to inspire and motivate others.

Most recently, in 2021, Christian joined Spees Design Build as a Project Management Specialist. Christian P brings with him their expertise in project management to contribute to the company's success.

Christian P DeCapria completed their education at Pennsylvania College of Technology from 1995 to 1999, where they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Construction Management. Prior to that, they attended Shikellamy High School from 1992 to 1995 and earned a high school diploma. In addition, Christian has obtained several certifications including 10|30-hr training from OSHA, Construction Quality Management for Contractors from the US Army Corp of Engineers, a Healthcare Construction certificate from ASHE, MEDCOM | MATOC | JOC contracts certification from the US Army Corp of Engineers, Performance Information Procurement System Best Value certification from Arizona State University, and first aide/cpr certification from the American Red Cross.
