David LeBlanc has extensive experience in human resources and compensation. David is currently serving as the Head of People - Human Resources at Beckett Collectibles since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at DH Consulting Partners starting from May 2016. Before that, they worked as the Vice President Human Resources at WiNGS (formerly the YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas) from September 2015 to January 2017. Prior to that, they held positions such as Director Compensation & Benefits at Vertex Business Services from November 2012 to March 2014, Manager, Benefits Human Resources at Ryan from May 2011 to November 2012, Manager, Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits at Allegro Development from March 2008 to May 2011, and Human Resources Manager at i2 Technologies, Inc. from May 2000 to April 2008.

David LeBlanc earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Architecture/Design from Louisiana State University from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Hotel Restaurant & Tourism from The University of Southern Mississippi between 1986 and 1990.
