Margaret Kelly has extensive work experience in marketing roles. Margaret began their career at Nalge Nunc International as a Marketing Manager for Cell Culture from 1997 to 2001. Margaret then moved on to Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, where they held multiple positions including Marketing Manager for Life Science Research from 2001 to 2006, and Marketing Director for Life Science Research from 2006 to 2011. During their time at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, Margaret successfully launched new products, exceeded target goals, and managed vacancies within the marketing team. In 2011, they transitioned to Beckman Coulter Diagnostics as a Marketing Director, where they developed and executed GPO and Distribution Plans. Margaret later served as the Head of Global Marketing Communications from 2015 to 2019, where they drove efficiencies through process and technology improvements. Currently, Margaret holds the position of Global Marketing Director at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, where they lead strategic projects and has successfully implemented various cross-functional Kaizens.
Margaret Kelly has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Margaret also holds a certification as a Certified Practitioner for PSP (Problem Solving Process) from the Danaher Corporation, obtained in 2020.
