Rachel Trace

Rachel Trace has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Rachel began their career in 2002 with Johnson & Johnson, where they worked as a Business Unit Director until 2017. During this time, they also served as a European Business Development Manager at Johnson & Johnson and as a European Commercial Project Manager at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics.

In 2010, Rachel joined Biosense Webster as a National Sales Manager before transitioning to the role of EMEA Marketing Manager and then Business Unit Director. Rachel demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved consistent business growth.

Rachel then moved to Baxter International Inc. in 2017, where they took on various roles including Business Unit Director Critical Care, Business Unit Head of Medication Delivery and Pharmacy Services, and Country Lead for the UK & Ireland. Rachel managed large teams and was responsible for significant P&L responsibilities.

Currently, Rachel is working at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics as the Vice President of Commercial Operations for Europe.

Rachel Trace attended Newcastle University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a BA Honours degree in Business Management. Their studies focused on finance, economics, marketing, law, operations, and organizational design.
