Rasha al Jayyousi

Rasha Al Jayyousi has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the medical and healthcare industry. Rasha is currently serving as the VP of Service Transformation and Commercial Operations for High Growth Markets at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics since 2023. Previously, they worked at Johnson & Johnson MedTech as the Senior Business Director for EMEA Mid Size and Emerging markets from 2016 to 2023. Rasha also held the positions of Business Unit Director for Orthopedics and General Manager of Synthes UAE at the same company during the same tenure. Additionally, Rasha worked at Johnson & Johnson as the Business Unit Director for Surgery from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Marketing Director for GE Healthcare from 2012 to 2014, where they were responsible for engineering and launching the Care plan portfolio of services and solutions. Rasha started their career at Johnson & Johnson in 1997 as a Business Unit Manager and also gained experience as a Product Specialist at Al Ittihad Drug store from 1994 to 1997, where they specialized in clinical sales of OR and CSSD portfolio.

Rasha Al Jayyousi earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Medical Electronics Engineering from The University of Kent at Canterburry from 1989 to 1992. Rasha then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Imaging and Image processing - Engineering Faculty at Imperial College London from 1992 to 1993.
