Xavier Battle

Xavier Battle has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Xavier is currently the Vice President and General Manager of Lab Automation and Clinical Informatics at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Siemens Healthineers from 2005 to 2022, where they held several leadership positions, including VP Marketing and Sales Operations, VP Digital, VP Product and Portfolio Management, and Covid 19 Response Coordination. Before joining Siemens Healthineers, Xavier worked at Siemens Medical Solutions as a Senior Principal Engineer and Principal Engineer in the Molecular Imaging division from 2001 to 2005. Xavier Battle has a diverse education history. Xavier completed their MBA in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a PhD in Biophysics at Université de Bretagne Occidentale from 1997 to 2000. Xavier also briefly attended the University of Arizona in 1994, focusing on Medical Imaging.
