Joel Halverson

Joel Halverson has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Joel began their career as a Staff Appraiser at the Florida Department of Transportation in 1981. Joel then worked as a Property Manager at Westinghouse Communities, Inc. where they managed various types of properties and was involved in sales administration and marketing. Joel later served as a Director at Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc. and Landauer Associates, Inc. In 2000, they joined UBS Realty Investors LLC as a Director until 2012. Since 2012, Joel has been with Becknell Industrial, where they initially held the position of Senior Vice President, responsible for property management and leasing of a national portfolio. Joel currently holds the position of Vice President of Asset Management and oversees a portfolio consisting of 125 properties totaling 15 million square feet.

Joel Halverson attended the University of Florida from 1978 to 1981, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate.
