Lauren Kessel

Lauren Kessel has had a diverse range of work experience. Lauren began their career as a P.J. Boatwright Intern at the Maryland State Golf Association in 2008. Lauren then worked as a Tournament Services Intern at the PGA TOUR in 2009. Following that, they served as an East Coast Regional Recruiter at Aerotek Professional Services from 2010 to 2011. Lauren then worked as a Clinical Recruiter at Yoh from 2011 to 2012. After that, they joined a2c I.T. Consulting as a Senior Technical Recruiter from 2012 to 2016. Lauren then moved on to Randstad Sourceright, where they worked as a Senior MSP Specialist for Comcast from 2016 to 2019. Lauren then transitioned to Randstad Technologies US as an Engagement Manager from 2019 to 2020. Lauren also worked as an MSP Program Manager - Jazz Pharmaceuticals at Randstad Sourceright from January 2020 to April 2020. Currently, they hold the positions of Director of Talent Management and Talent Management Leader at Beckway, where they have been working since June 2020.

Lauren Kessel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Business Administration at Towson University from 2005 to 2009.
