Brooks Crim is an experienced talent management professional with a robust background in high-volume recruiting and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Talent Management Leader at Discount Tire since May 2022, Brooks leads a team dedicated to recruiting for over 1,200 retail locations nationwide. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Service King Collision, where leadership encompassed recruitment efforts for 105 shops across five states. Additionally, Brooks held various positions at Whataburger from March 2011 to May 2021, including Field Talent Manager, overseeing talent initiatives for over 25,000 employees.
