Robert Gettys

Robert Gettys has over 16 years of work experience in various consulting and leadership roles. Robert recently worked at Beckway Group as a Senior Operations Director, where they led complex projects and assessments for various industries and implemented an internal Green Belt program. Prior to that, they were a Sr Managing Consultant at ThreeBridge Solutions, managing consultants and leading multiple projects for clients, including a global pharmaceutical company. Robert also worked at Align Solutions as a Director and Operating System Leader, focusing on driving value for customers through the Alight Operating System. Before that, they held senior leadership positions at Alight Solutions, Aon Hewitt, and Accenture, where they contributed to quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, and client relationship management. Robert has extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma deployments and has worked with clients such as Best Buy, Gateway, Meijer, MTVN, Arbitron, Tesco, and Standard Bank.

Robert Gettys earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Theatre from Presbyterian College, which they attended from 1982 to 1986. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a MA Program in Business Education at The University of Georgia, although specific dates of enrollment for this program are not available.
