Tatiana Cortes is a dedicated professional with a robust background in community advocacy, social work, and program coordination. Currently serving as a Community Advocate and Co-Creator at BECOME since October 2021, Tatiana has also held various roles including Learning Engagement Coordinator at Creative Reaction Lab, Former Co-Founder at Practicing Liberation, and Contractor at Davidoff Strategy. Prior experience encompasses development contracting at Chicago United for Equity, Fellow Program Officer at The Field Foundation of Illinois, and Clinical Case Manager at Thresholds. Tatiana’s foundational experience includes service as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Loyola University Chicago and a role as Assistant Program Coordinator and Teacher with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps.
