Akshay Sharma is a seasoned consultant and creative professional with over 10 years of experience in global HR consulting and visual communication. Currently serving as an Associate at Korn Ferry since March 2018, Akshay has collaborated with various corporations across diverse industries, such as Oil and Gas, FinTech, and Pharmaceuticals. In addition, Akshay is the Creative Director at Akcurate Studio and partners with lifestyle brands to produce compelling visual content featured in renowned publications. As an Advisor for Strategic Projects at Becoming I Foundation, Akshay contributes to impactful community development initiatives. Previous roles include consulting positions at Aon Hewitt and Mercer, and leadership experience at Synergy, where Akshay pioneered skills development for undergraduate students.
