Alison McKay

Alison McKay is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience at BD, where roles have included Worldwide Vice President and Head of HR for the Life Sciences Segment, and responsibility for HR strategies across various businesses, including Digital Health and Diabetes Care. With a focus on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and associate engagement, Alison has successfully driven market access strategies and reimbursement policy implementation on a global scale. Previous roles at Morgan Stanley and Johnson & Johnson included managing university relations and recruitment programs. Alison holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Business from Penn State University.
