Benze D. serves as the Director of Manufacturing Operations for BD, focusing on the oncology business since June 2025. Prior to this role, Benze held significant positions at Baxter International Inc., including Senior Director of Global Engineering and Operations Director, leading M&A integration and FDA remediation efforts for a $5B business unit. Benze also contributed to Teleflex as Director of Operation Strategy, driving strategic transformation for the APAC region. As Vice President of Operations at Forefront Medical Technology, Benze oversaw a $200M P&L across multiple sites in Asia. Earlier experience includes roles at Covidien, managing manufacturing transformations, and Cardinal Health, where Benze led operations for a major facility in Thailand. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Aalto University and additional programs in Supply Chain Management and Communication Strategy from Yale School of Management and Harvard.
