Carlos Negroni

Carlos Negroni has extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as a Business Integrator at BD since September 2017, while also holding roles as Plant Manager and Director of Engineering. Prior to BD, Carlos spent nearly a decade at CR Bard from 2008 to August 2017, where roles included Director of Operations, Plant Manager, Business Unit Director, Manufacturing Manager, and Engineering Manager. Earlier in their career, Carlos worked at Stryker from 2001 to 2008, progressing through positions such as Product Development Manager, Senior Design Engineer, and Design Engineer. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (1997-2001) and a Master of Business Administration from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico (2004-2006).
