Rohit Sharma

Rohit Sharma is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Legal Counsel and Head of Legal for South Asia at BD since November 2023, Rohit previously held positions including Director - Legal and Compliance and Director - Legal for South Asia at Zimmer Biomet from September 2021 to November 2023. Rohit has also worked as Associate Partner and in various roles at Economic Laws Practice (ELP) from May 2015 to September 2021, and as an Associate at Karanjawala & Company from April 2013 to May 2015. Early career experiences include roles as an Associate at the Chambers of Ms. Geeta Luthra, an intern at AZB & Partners, Lall & Sethi Advocates, and Titus & Co. Rohit holds a Diploma in Competition Policy and Law from National Law University, Delhi, an LL.B from Kurukshetra University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Panjab University.
