Travis Gumbs

Travis Gumbs currently serves as the Sr. Director of Microbiology Manufacturing Operations at BD, a role held since November 2025. Prior to this position, Travis spent 14 years at Nestlé Purina North America, progressing from Factory Manager in various locations including Springfield, MO, King William, VA, and Fairburn, GA, to Production Manager and earlier roles such as Assistant Production Manager, Materials Handling Functional Expert, and Production Supervisor. Earlier experience includes a position as Production Supervisor at Perdue Farms. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sales and Marketing from Tuskegee University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
