Rachel Wyncoll has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rachel'smost recent position is as an Engagement and Training Specialist at SAGE Publishing, where they design and delivers customized training sessions for global clients on digital library products. Rachel also supports the training team in Latin America and assists the Sales Team with demonstration design.

Prior to that, they worked at Bedrock Learning as an EdTech Content Creator, developing online and remote learning content for an innovative education technology system.

Rachel also has experience as an IB Examiner and OCR Cambridge for the International Baccalaureate and as a Freelance Teacher of English as a Foreign Language at italki.

Additionally, they held multiple roles at Markham College Peru, including Head of Design and Technology Department, Lead Practitioner of the Markham Initial Teacher Training Program, and Secondary Teacher of Design & Technology. In these positions, they organized successful onboarding and certification programs for trainee teachers, built strong relationships with mentors and trainees, and implemented learning and development interventions.

Rachel has also worked as a Graphic Design Consultant at RW Designs, providing freelance graphic design services to clients from various industries. Rachel offered services such as logo design, branding, brochure and printed media design, website design, and social media marketing.

Furthermore, they served as the Director of Co-Curricular Learning and Director of Production and Marketing at Sri KDU Sdn Bhd, where they were responsible for various leadership and teaching roles. Rachel also worked as a Coordinator of Gifted & Talented Training Programme and Leader of Product Design and Secondary Teacher of Design & Technology at Harris Academy Purley.

Rachel's work experience also includes a role as a Training and Development Consultant at National Schools Partnership.
