Dawn Bylsma (Elledge)

Dawn Bylsma (Elledge) is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in creative direction and brand strategy. Currently serving as Team Leader for Design Narratives at Bedrock Detroit since 2018, Dawn manages a team that supports marketing, communications, and architecture initiatives in Cleveland and Detroit. Previously, as Senior Art Director at TMV Group, original concepts were created for social campaigns that engaged and grew brand followings. Dawn also held significant roles at GlobalHue, where contributions included the 2013 Super Bowl Campaign for major clients like Jeep and Coca-Cola, and began a design career at FUSE Communication. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Eastern Michigan University and studies at the College for Creative Studies.
