Hana Saif

Hana Saif has a strong background in organizational and talent development, with experience in various leadership roles. Hana started working at BEEAH Group in 2019 as the Director of Organizational & Talent Development and later became the Head of Organization & Talent Development. During their time at BEEAH Group, they also served as the Learning and Development Manager. In 2020, Hana joined a Confidential company as the Acting HR Director, where they were responsible for developing HR strategies and policies, providing consultancy advice, and analyzing HR programs. Prior to that, they worked at the Roads and Transport Authority as the Manager of Training & Development and at Dubai World Trade Centre in various managerial roles, including Planning & Operations Manager and Training & Development Manager.

Hana Saif earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Zayed University from 2002 to 2007. In 2009, they obtained a certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development through the LEORON Institute. Additionally, Hana is currently pursuing the BPS Occupational Ability & Personality Level A&B certification from The British Psychological Society, expected to be obtained in 2023.
