Thaer Haddadin

Thaer Haddadin has extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Thaer is currently the Director of Human Capital at BEEAH Group, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Group Head of HR at Engineering Contracting Company LLC from February 2021 to July 2022. Thaer also held the role of Human Resources Director at MUDIEB HADDAD & SONS CO. from December 2020 to February 2021. Previously, they worked as the Group Head of HR & Administration at Lindenberg Emirates LLC from January 2020 to December 2020. Thaer had a long tenure at Arabtec Holding PJSC, where they served as the Human Resources Director from January 2016 to December 2019, HR Operations Director from January 2014 to December 2015, and Resource Allocation & Talent Acquisition Manager from July 2008 to December 2013. Thaer began their career as a Human Resources Officer at Abu Khader Group from July 2007 to June 2008 and as a Recruitment Officer at ALICO from February 2006 to July 2007.

Thaer Haddadin holds a B.Sc degree in Cultural Resources Management from The Hashemite University, which they completed in 2006. Thaer further pursued their education with various certificate programs, including Jordanian Labor Law from AK GROUP in 2008, Successful Recruiting, Interviewing, and Hiring from NYIT UNIVERSITY in 2008, Administrative and legal skills in the integrated personnel management from Central For Training & Development in 2007, MS Windows XP & MS Office (ICDL) from COMPUTEACH INTERNATIONAL CENTER in 2006, and Human Resources Management from TATWEER CENTER (USAID FUNDED PROJECT) in 2006. Additionally, they have completed a PHR/SPHR Training Course from MORGAN International Institute in 2011. Thaer Haddadin also holds certificates in Cyber Security from BEEAH Group in 2022 and Organizational Leadership from BEEAH Group in 2023.
