Ryan Soriano, MBA RCFE

Ryan Soriano, MBA RCFE has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ryan is currently the Director of Care Transitions at Beecan Health since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Covenant Care as the Area Director of Sales and Marketing starting in September 2017. Ryan also served as the Business Office Manager at Covenant Care for a brief period in 2015. Before that, they were the Assistant Business Office Manager at Catered Manor from October 2014 to May 2015. Ryan's earlier experiences include working as an Emergency Responder at Pacific Environmental Corp. from 2013 to 2014. Ryan also worked as a Disc Jockey at GMA Network, Inc., ABS-CBN, and Magic 89.9 from March 2007 to August 2008. Prior to that, they served as a Public Relations and Professional Disc Jockey at Influencial Ent from March 2005 to November 2006. Ryan also gained international experience as part of an internship at the Federal Aviation Administration, where they participated in regional meetings, planned meetings, identified client needs, and performed brainstorming activities for grants and funding. Ryan began their career at GameStop as a Senior Game Advisor from October 2002 to July 2005. Additionally, Ryan has experience in home maintenance and installation, having worked as a Service Associate at Carey Homes Inc. for a stint in 2000.

Ryan Soriano, MBA RCFE has a strong educational background with a focus on business administration and management. Ryan obtained their Bachelor's of Science degree in Aviation Technology with an emphasis on Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, Ryan Soriano pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from De La Salle University, completing the program from 2007 to 2009.

Continuing their educational journey, Ryan Soriano is currently enrolled at California Intercontinental University, pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management. Ryan started this program in 2021 and is expected to complete it by 2023.

In addition to their degrees, Ryan Soriano has also obtained several certifications. Ryan holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute, which they acquired in November 2020. Ryan also completed a course on The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing offered by Google in the same month and year. Furthermore, they hold a Residential Care Administrator certification from the State of California, obtained in December 2020.
