Kathryn McLear

Kathryn McLear currently serves as the Director of Quality & Regulatory at Beeken Biomedical since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kathryn was the Quality & Regulatory Manager at Norbert Health, responsible for managing the Quality Management System and leading regulatory strategies for Class II medical devices. Previous experience includes positions as a Quality Compliance Engineer at Ushio America, Inc., and as a Process Development Engineer at CardioFocus, where Kathryn focused on new product introductions. Kathryn also held roles in manufacturing engineering management at Cogmedix and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where involvement spanned project management, product launches, and facility transfers. Kathryn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
