Kenny Martinez currently serves as the Area Director of Learning and Talent Development at BHC since January 2025. Previously, Kenny held the position of Corporate Director of Learning and Talent Development at Kessler Collection from August 2019 to January 2025, and served as the Director of Training & Performance Improvement at Fontainebleau Miami Beach from November 2015 to April 2018. Prior experience includes notable roles such as Director of OD & Training at Golden Nugget Lake Charles, where Kenny developed crucial training initiatives, and Assistant Vice President - Training & Development at Galaxy Entertainment Group, focusing on centralized training functions and service culture improvement. Kenny has also worked at Armani Hotels & Resorts and Bellagio Resort and Casino in various training and development roles. Educationally, Kenny is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Theological and Ministerial Studies at Vanguard University of Southern California, expected to complete in May 2024.
