Alina Antoci

Alina Antoci is a Technical Recruiter at BeeNear, responsible for managing the recruitment process and liaising with various stakeholders. Prior to this, Alina worked as an HR Consultant at Antal International, where Alina handled recruitment projects, negotiations, and strategy implementation. Alina has experience as a Travel Consultant at Discover Rome and has also volunteered within the Human Resources Department at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University. Alina holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași and Sapienza Università di Roma, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from the same university.
