Paula Mota

Paula Mota has 8 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Paula started their career in 2006 as an Encarregada de DP at Planear Contábil Ltda. In this role, they were responsible for the payroll, onboarding and offboarding of employees, and all related taxes. Paula also provided labor consulting to clients. In 2008, they moved to Hospital Socor as a Coordenadora do Depto de Pessoal. In 2011, they joined Unimed - Belo Horizonte as an Analista Pleno de RH, where they managed payroll for 3,000 employees. In 2012, they worked as an HR Specialist at SoftwareONE Brasil and a Supervisora Departamento de Pessoal at Vaccinar - Indústria de Nutrição e Saúde Animal. In 2016, they joined Hotmart as a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, and in 2020 they became the People and Culture Manager and Senior People and Culture Analyst at BeerOrCoffee. In these roles, they implemented and updated People&Culture practices, created policies, provided training, and managed payroll and benefits.

Paula Mota completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rede de Ensino Doctum in 2004. Paula then went on to pursue an MBA in Strategic People Management from Centro Universitário UNA in 2008-2009. In 2013-2014, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Labor Law from Faculdade Pitagoras.
