Rafael Estevam

Rafael Estevam is a Senior Data Scientist at BEES since May 2024, focusing on developing a framework for Credit Limits for B2B clients in Latin America. Previously, Rafael served as Data Science Lead at Inventa from April 2023 to March 2024, leading a team to create data-driven solutions for operational teams in a B2B marketplace while mentoring team members. From August 2021 to March 2023, Rafael worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Loft, collaborating with the Sales Operations team on the sales events funnel. Rafael's career began at IBM, where a Data Science Consultant role spanned from September 2012 to August 2021, engaging in various data science projects and enhancing industry processes. Rafael also held ETL Specialist and intern roles during the time at IBM. Rafael earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Computing Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro between 2008 and 2013.
