Charlie Keinath is the current Head of Recruiting at Beeswax. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at NexHealth from March 2021 to September 2021. NexHealth is a patient experience platform that helps doctors, developers, and patients communicate and connect with each other. NexHealth was founded in 2017 by Alamin Uddin and Waleed Asif.

Before their time at NexHealth, Charlie Keinath was the Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech) at Intersection Co. from September 2016 to October 2017. Intersection Co. is a company that uses technology to create better experiences for people as they go about their daily lives.

Charlie Keinath started their career in Talent Acquisition as the Talent Acquisition Lead (Tech) at Grovo from June 2016 to September 2016. Grovo is a company that provides micro-learning solutions to help businesses train their employees more effectively.

Charlie Keinath's educational career includes a BS in Finance from Fairfield University, as well as attending Saint Anthony's Highschool.
