Tricia Glick, BCBA, LBA has over 20 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Patricia (Tricia) is the Founder and CEO of Behavior Science Technology since 2019. Patricia (Tricia) was previously Co-Founder and CEO of Marra & Glick Applied Behavior Analysts from 2014 to 2019. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an independent contractor as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Applied Behavior Specialist at AHRC Nassau, where they provided behavioral intervention services and conducted training and development workshops and in-services. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an Applied Behavior Specialist at UCP of Suffolk, where they provided behavioral intervention services and administered annual psychological evaluations and assessments. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Teacher Assistant at The Boyd School, where they assisted teachers with classroom activities and lessons. From 1998 to 1997, they worked as a Psychological Consultant at Res-Care, Inc., where they provided behavioral intervention services and oversights for all psychological services for an adults with developmental disabilities, residential services program. From 1997 to 1996, they worked as a Mental Health Therapist at The Lake County Boys Ranch, where they provided behavioral intervention, individual and group counseling services to children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges. Lastly, from 1996 to 1997, they worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at Fedcap, where they supported adults with emotional, physical and/or developmental disabilities attending a vocational rehabilitation training program.

Patricia (Tricia) Glick, BCBA, LBA completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology at Brooklyn College from 1988 to 1993. Patricia (Tricia) then attended Teachers College, Columbia University and obtained their Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from 1993 to 1996, and their Master of Art in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 1993 to 1995. In 2009 and 2010, they obtained their Post Graduate Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University. In 2011, they obtained their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. In 2014, they obtained their New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification from the New York State Education Department Office of the Professions.
